When will my order be dispatched?

Thank you for choosing Mysterybets for your hydration essentials! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping schedule:

Preparation Time:

We aim to ship all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery Timeline:

Once dispatched, your items should arrive within 3–5 business days, with delivery from Monday to Saturday, straight to your specified address.

What is the return period for my order?

Changed your mind? No problem!
You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Just contact us at support@Mysterybets.com to begin a hassle-free return, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be new and unused.

If sealed by the manufacturer, the seal must be intact.

The item must not be damaged due to customer use or mishandling.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

If your return qualifies, we’ll email you a prepaid return label, and we’ll cover the return shipping fees. Once our logistics team receives and inspects the returned item, Mysterybets will process your refund within 7 business days.

Can I modify an existing order?

At this time, we are unable to make changes or replacements once an order has been submitted. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t yet shipped.

If you'd like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the methods listed on our Contact Us page.

When will I see the refund for a return?

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re here to help! If your item arrived damaged:

Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Email them to support@Mysterybets.com.

Wait for further instructions before discarding the item.

Without proper documentation, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund. Please keep the product until our team has assessed the case and advised next steps.

How to Process a Return

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, follow these steps for a smooth return:

1. Verify the Return Window:

Ensure your item is within the 30-day return period from the delivery date.

2. Contact Our Team:

Reach out via email, phone, or contact form with your order number, item details, and reason for return. If approved, we’ll issue a return authorization and instructions.

3. Prepare Your Item:

Repack the product securely in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and paperwork. It must be in unused condition.

4. Include Documentation:

Add the return authorization and a short note explaining the return inside the package.

5. Ship the Item:

Use a trackable, insured shipping method. Homemartix is not responsible for lost returns.

6. Notify Us:

Once shipped, provide your tracking number to our support team so we can monitor the return.

7. Await Confirmation:

We will notify you once the item has been received and reviewed. If approved, your refund will be initiated.

8. Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days after inspection. However, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

What if my package is delayed?

If it’s been more than 2 days since your expected delivery date, reach out to our customer service team at support@mysterybets.com . We’ll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to locate your order.

If we’re unable to confirm its whereabouts after that period, the shipment will be marked as lost, and you’ll be offered either a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
